Why Natural Cotton

The Problem We Solve

82%of consumers prefer brands with genuine sustainability credentials

Every Brand Wants to Be Sustainable — Few Know How

Sustainability is no longer optional for consumer brands. 82% of shoppers prefer brands with proven eco-credentials. But most brands struggle to find genuine sustainable materials that don't compromise on quality, aesthetics, or price. Natural colored cotton is one of the few raw materials that delivers all three — with a compelling origin story built in.

6 monthsaverage time lost on failed OEM partnerships

The OEM Quality Gamble

Finding a reliable OEM partner for textile products is a minefield. Inconsistent quality, surprise MOQs, communication gaps, and the constant question: is what I'm getting really what was promised? Brands lose an average of 6 months and significant capital on failed OEM relationships before finding the right partner.

Certification & Compliance Complexity

Entering new markets means navigating a maze of certifications: OEKO-TEX for Europe, CPSIA for US baby products, GOTS for organic claims, GB standards for China. Each market has its own requirements, and a single compliance failure can mean container-loads of rejected goods. Your OEM partner should handle this — not you.

Your Brand, Our Cotton, One Story

You have the brand. The audience. The vision. What you need is a partner who understands that every stitch carries your reputation. We don't just manufacture — we collaborate. From the first sketch to the final shipment, we work alongside your design team to bring your product vision to life in natural colored cotton. No middlemen. No surprises. No compromise. We've helped DTC startups launch their first product line and supported established brands in pivoting to sustainable materials. The cotton grows in its natural color — brown, green, cream — and your brand story grows with it. Because when you can tell your customers 'this fabric was never dyed — this is the cotton's own color,' you're not just selling a product. You're selling something they can believe in.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What OEM/ODM services do you offer?

Full-service from concept to container: product design consultation, material selection, sampling (3-5 working days), pattern development, production, quality inspection, packaging design & production, labeling (care labels, hang tags, brand labels), and logistics coordination. We handle every step so you can focus on selling.

What product categories can you produce?

Our natural colored cotton production covers: baby & maternity (onesies, swaddles, bibs, bedding), intimate apparel (underwear, loungewear, socks), home textiles (bed linens, towels, bathrobes), consumables (cotton tissues, cotton pads, compressed towels), travel essentials (disposable towels, eye masks, slippers), and beauty tools (face towels, headbands, cotton pads).

What is your typical MOQ?

It varies by product: Garments: 300-500 pcs per style per color. Cotton tissues: 10,000 packs. Towels: 500 pcs. Baby products: 300 pcs. For new brand partners, we offer trial production as low as 100 pcs to test market response. We believe in growing together — we don't price small brands out of the conversation.

How do you handle quality assurance?

Three layers: (1) In-house QC lab — every batch tested for fiber composition, tensile strength, colorfastness, and chemical safety. (2) Pre-shipment AQL inspection (Level II, 2.5 standard). (3) Third-party certification testing through SGS, Intertek, or Bureau Veritas upon request. Every shipment includes a QC report.

Can you help with product design if we're starting from scratch?

Yes — ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) is one of our core strengths. Many of our brand partners come to us with just a brand concept, and we develop the entire product line: category selection, material specifications, sizing, packaging design, and pricing strategy. We've helped launch 50+ brands across baby, beauty, and lifestyle categories.

What markets do you currently supply?

We currently supply brand partners in 25+ countries: major markets include Japan, South Korea, Australia, Germany, UK, USA, Canada, UAE, and Southeast Asia. We're experienced with market-specific requirements — US CPSIA for children's products, EU REACH compliance, Japanese JIS standards, and Australian ACCC regulations.

Let's Build Something Together
